How can my facility purchase from PTS?
It is simple to place an order with PTS. We will accept a purchase order, Visa or MasterCard information to process your order. You may call, fax or order online. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order.

How can I get pricing on your products?
You may contact a PTS representative to receive a price quote or check pricing before you order. As pricing does change, please call for current pricing and availability on an item if it has been more than 90 days from the day your price quote was issued.

Do I have to order in case quantity?
No, PTS does not require you order in case quantities.

How soon can I receive my order?
PTS processes orders received by 3pm CST the same day they are received. We will ship your order via UPS ground or priority shipping upon request. You may call or email a PTS representative to check the status of your order at any time.

Can I receive a trial unit to test the phone before I buy?
Yes. PTS offers free trial units of patient telephones. If you see a telephone you are interested in for your facility, PTS will send one to you at no charge to try before you buy. You may request a free trial on our website or by calling a PTS representative.

Is there a warranty on your telephones?
Yes, all PTS products carry a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Are your telephones Hearing Aid Compatible?
